Customer Service Administrator

We have an amazing opportunity for a  Customer Services Administrator to join an innovative organisation with a friendly, empowering, respectful and transparent culture.  In this role, you'll play a crucial part in coordinating customer service requests with their in-house transport and third-party hauliers. If you are a highly organised individual who is willing to learn, can use your own initiative and is able to work in a busy, fast paced environment then we would love to hear from you! This is a fulltime and permanent opportunity based in Cardiff. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate waste collection and disposal with subcontractors and disposal/recycling facilities.

Ensure all necessary licenses and weighbridge tickets are obtained and verified.

Update subcontractor details accurately.

Prepare required documentation and consignment notes.

Liaise with various departments, including Account Managers.

Ensure paperwork meets legislative requirements and ISO 9001 standards.

Occasionally liaise with suppliers for collection-related data.

Handle supplier and customer invoices and resolve queries.

Generate and manage reports as needed.

Process waste samples, data sheets, and specifications.

Provide support during peak periods and holidays

The Candidate: Strong administrative experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record in customer services.

Ability to effectively liasie with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong multitasking abilities within a fast-paced team environment.

Proficient in IT skills, including accurate data entry and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
