Yard Supervisor
Manchester
Mon-Fri 7am-6pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 7am-12pm

Ideal Recruit are currently looking for a Yard Supervisor on behalf of our client in the Manchester area. You will be responsible for supervising a team of Yard Operatives, ensuring high levels of individual and collective performance at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure day-to-day running of the site.
Assisting with loading and cleaning wagons and hoppers.
Ensure that appropriate traffic management is in place
Keeping the yard clean and tidy at all times.
Following Health & Safety and other company policy guidelines.
Mobile plant operations - safe operation of loading shovel, excavator or FLTs.
Any other duties as required.
Requirements:
Previous waste experience (at least 5 years preferred)
Loading shovel and 360 tickets (NPORS preferred)
Experience working with Selecta grab
