Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Type: Temporary - 8 to 12-week contract.

To start: May 2024

Based: Exeter

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm (30-minute lunchbreak - 37.5 hours per week)

Overview of role:

A prestigious well-established organisation based in Exeter are seeking team orientated and self-motivated individuals to join a busy customer service team. The role will involve taking telephone calls always providing excellent customer service, addressing customer enquiries and offering relevant information. You will be taking between 20 to 30 calls daily. Logging information onto inhouse database in an accurate manner.

These roles are all office based offering a super friendly working environment with excellent training and support.

Person Specification:

Previous experience in providing excellent customer service whether that's been in retail, hospitality, healthcare or in a call centre.

Have excellent communication skills.

Be a supportive and respectful team player.

Have the initiative to problem solve and create solutions.

Good IT Literacy - be a competent user or Word, Excel and Outlook.
