This is a superb Sales Manager opportunity with a highly sought-after hotel management company. This is a proactive, hands-on Cluster Sales Manager role driving Corporate and MICE business into two branded hotels in Bristol and Gloucester. Cross-selling other hotels in the group into clients in your region. Part of a field sales team and reporting into the Area Director of Sales for the group.
About the role
Drive sales across all market segments from across the local Bristol, Gloucester and wider southwest markets, into the hotels.
Manage relationships with key clients and agents.
Regular face-to-face appointments per week to source new business.
Work closely with the Area Director of Sales and wider sales team.
Hold site visits and client entertainment as required.
Produce sales activity reports as required.
What we are looking for
Hotel sales experience is essential.
Current experience within the south west UK market is highly desirable.
A proven track record of successful business development and account management is essential.
A self-motivated, driven, commercially aware and results orientated, and proactive attitude is required.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
A full and clean driving licence and own car are required.
