You will carry out a range of finance duties with particular attention on the Fixed Asset Register and preparation of month end reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain Fixed Asset Register
Produce month end accounts and assist with prepayments, accruals, and cost recharges
Maintain disposals, additions and undertake asset/inventory checks
Collate information from external and internal stakeholders
Maintain accuracy of the finance system and correctly revise leavers and starters
Prepare tenders and monitor SLAs
Data input and produce analysis and ad hoc reports through Excel
Assist with annual budgeting and reforecasting processes
Prepare reports and analysis as required
Maintain financial records, including reconciliations
You will need to demonstrate:
Previous experience with Fixed Assets and depreciation policy
Minimum Level 4 AAT required
Intermediate Excel skills (e.g Pivot Tables, SUMIFs, VLOOKUPs)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proactive approach to problem solving
Experience working to deadlines
