Edinburgh (North-East City) – option for 1 day per week from home after training Permanent Contract
Salary Circa £25-30K

Our client is looking to hire an HR Assistant to support with a varied workload of HR admin and advice for Scotland, working collaboratively in a small HR team and with an external HR consultancy.
Duties:
Being 1st POC for HR, via email, telephone and face-to-face
Ensuring HR files and information is up-to-date and correct including RTW audits
Advising employees and managers on HR queries based on policy, as well as escalating complex issues to external agency
Assisting with any project work such as employee engagement

What they’re looking for:
Previous experience in an HR Admin Role, with sound knowledge of HR practice
Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
Confidence to work autonomously but also collaboratively across the organisation
