We are seeking a Finance Manager to join an established management and building services company, based near Southampton. Preparation of year end files
Monthly and fortnightly payroll and related pension functions
Producing budget and cashflow forecasts
Monitoring and analysing project budgets
Liaising with external tax accountants and other professional contacts
IT projects (accounts and estate management based)
What you will need: To be a qualified accountant – AAT / ACA / ACCA /CIMA – with relevant practice and post-qualified experience
Previous experience in a similar role - Finance Manager / Financial Controller / Financial Accountant / Management Accountant
Experience in small, owner-managed companies would be beneficial
A keen eye for detail, excel spreadsheet skills and attention to accuracy of output
Motivation and confidence to thrive in the role
