As the Head of Human Resources, the successful candidate is a strategic leader, HR expert, operationally competent and a change agent. Your role is multifaceted, encompassing everything from talent management and employee relations to compliance and organisational development. Key Responsibilities:
Provide proactive HR support aligned with our Business and People Strategy.
Offer effective employee relations support to foster engagement and empowerment.

The Company
Founded in 1966, Selectaglaze is the UK’s specialist provider of secondary glazing. Testament to the quality of product, service and knowledge, Selectaglaze was awarded a Royal Warrant in 2004. We supply and fit our products in some of the country’s most prestigious buildings. We have been able to continuously develop our products to meet changing needs – eg noise reduction, heat retention and safety.

The Person
Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices, ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified.
Proactive and structured approach with excellent project management skills.
Previous experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Resilient and adept at advising on people management issues.
Numerically proficient with a keen eye for detail.
Natural influencer with a track record of driving change.
