You must have:
experience of delivering workforce management (WFM) software implementation projects
delivered software to external clients of a software vendor or consultancy
strong customer management skills, ensuring on time on budget delivery with high levels of customer satisfaction
strong consulting skills, advising on business benefits, requirements analysis, business process mapping.
excellent WFM familiarity - software, rules, processes and legislation
good hands on skills for configuring and testing solutions
a desire to play a significant role in a fast growing team
