Role Description:

Their longstanding client relationships are valuable and they ensure expectations are met and exceeded every time. They are now looking for an Operations Manager to join them, to develop strong relationships with the Cleaning Team where there are currently one to two cleaners at each site. The ideal Operations Manager will be client orientated, and will be able to cover shifts when required, and will be a hands-on and proactive individual. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial type, with the drive and focus to earn shares in the business in the future.
