We are now looking to appoint a passionate Commis Chef to report to the Executive Chef to ensure the delivery of our delicious menu and cuisines to our guests and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Your day to day;
Responsibility for preparation, cooking and presentation of food for the propertys menu in line with specifications with the Kitchen and food service team
Providing high levels of guest service throughout the food service
Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness standards of the kitchen are always maintained
Daily cleaning, deep cleaning and sanitising the kitchen as required and directed by the Executive Chef
Supporting the property with ensuring any materials and waste is recycled correctly
Who are we looking for?
You will have worked previously in a similar Commis Chef role and will have worked in a high quality Four-Star or Five-Star hotel and have demonstratable experience in a fine dining environment. You will proactively be able to work calmly and well in a pressurised en...
