Monday to Friday office hours
£25K - £27K salary depends on experience
Job brief
My small but well established client are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Co-Ordinator to help customers identify and purchase products both from their current range or alternatively that they can source outside their current range. Duties include selling our range of products, purchasing and managing the relevant logistics. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.
Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Process sales orders and purchase orders
Book and manage transport where necessary
Liaise with suppliers on delivery and collection programme
Manage stocks where necessary
Ascertain customers’ needs and requirements
Recommend items that match customer requirements
Manage sales to customers
Keep up to date with product information
Accurately describe product features and benefits
Requirements and skills
Proven working experience in sales and customer service
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in English written and spoken
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service focus
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
Basic administration skills
Proficient with common software programmes such as Word and Excel
Able to work from own initiative.
Self-driven
