Three Bridges Recruitment partners with a leading Scottish Charity for Finance Manager in Scotland. This role is flexible as to the length of contract - if you are looking for a permanent job, there is a permanent contract however this client are also open to a 6 month contract.

The role of Finance Manager will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
Leading the Finance department to deliver exceptional performance
Managing internal and external financial reporting requirements
Business partnering with various functions across the organisation
Supporting major projects included in the four-year strategic plan
Enhancement of financial processes, procedures, and policies
You
As a Finance Manager you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
Fully qualified accountant with a CA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA designation
Proven leadership and development skills within a finance team
Excellent track record in delivering precise and timely financial information
Competence in resolving complex financial issues with sound judgement
Strong communication skills, able to engage with non-finance professionals
Significant experience in improving financial processes, procedures, and policies
