Responsbilities:? Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients who require intensive monitoring and treatment.? Assist with invasive procedures such as central line insertions, arterial line insertions, and chest tube placements? Advocate for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring that their voices are heard and their rights are respected.? Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records? Participate in emergency response teams and code blue situations, providing skilled nursing care and support during medical emergencies within the ITU and other areas of the hospital.
Requirements? NMC registration and PIN? Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities? A minimum of 12 months post qualified work experience? Effective teamwork and the ability to work independently? Strong clinical skills and meticulous attention to detail
