Reporting directly to the Finance Business Partner, the Assistant Management Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and providing essential support in various financial activities. Other duties will include;
Preparation of accurate monthly management accounts for the group including prepayments, accruals,
Day to day running and reconciling invoices
VAT returns
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
Work with the finance team to standardise and streamline current processes
To assist in the external audit process and provide necessary analysis and information
Variance analysis as required
General ledger journal preparation
Management of overseas subsidiaries from purchase ledger to reporting
