Hotel Receptionist

Our award-winning client is looking for a receptionist on a full-time permanent basis. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role is 40 hours a week over the space of 5 days including weekend work.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with their inquiries
Managing reservations and room assignments
Processing payments and handling transactions
Answering phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Resolving guest complaints and concerns in a timely manner
Maintaining a tidy and organized front desk area
Key Requirements
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office Suite
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience Using OPERA will be a benefit but not necessary
