**10 month contract position** HR Associate
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Employee Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. This includes preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and providing support to new employees.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations. Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in a timely manner.
Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits eligibility, coverage, and enrolment.
HR Reporting: Generate regular reports on HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and diversity statistics. Analyse data trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in HR administration or related roles.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
Additional Requirements:
Availability to start immediately.
Willingness to commit to a 10-month contract.
