Work within one of this firms newer sites as their Office Assistant to facilitate the smooth day to day running of the workspace. You will work within a vibrant team full of energy and have the opportunity to develop your current skills as you progress internally through the office ranks.

Description
Email/In-box and diary management
Arrangement of meeting rooms
Document presentation and production
Assisting with with office management tasks
Drafting correspondence, agendas, invites etc
Meeting and greeting guests visiting the office space
Preparation of documents
Answering and transferring phone calls
Completing basic accounting tasks
Preparation of monthly expense reports
General office administrative duties such as: ordering stationery; office supplies and dealing with incoming/outgoing post
Liaising with service providers (e.g. IT, phones, deliveries and building management)
Utilising the firm's database to manage assignments, update records and find information
Profile
6-18 months within an office environment
Good communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner
Basic accounts knowledge would be very beneficial
Works well within a team
An adaptable, proactive, and collaborative work approach
Experience of working fast paced would be beneficial
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
High attention to detail
High proficiency on a computer
A*-C or 9-5 at GCSE Level
