What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and acting as the main point of contact.
Interpret customer requirements and provide effective solutions, generating B2B sales orders.
Work as part of a business-to-business sales team to build new business relationships.
Prospect for potential new business, contacting leads and lapsed accounts.
Achieve targets and KPIs while delivering top-notch customer service.
Enhance technical product knowledge to provide expert advice and support to customers.
Support external Business Development Managers to broaden the customer base.
