They are looking for a Data Scientist to join their team, who has a good understanding of Data Science techniques and the CRM environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working on personalisation of the customer journey on end-to-end machine learning projects
Working with Python, SQL, Databricks and GCP/Azure
Operating closely with a high-calibre team and various stakeholders in the business
Building predictive, segmentation and personalisation-based models with a focus on retail driven customer analytics
Managing 1
Taking ownership of the end-to-end delivery cycle
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of MSc in a STEM subject e.g. Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science
Experience in personalisation, segmentation with a focus on CRM
Retail experience is a bonus
Experience with PySpark/Azure/Databricks is a bonus
Experience of management
