Resourcing group have an exciting opportunity to join the world's leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. Our client are recruiting for an Account Manager join the team located in Swansea.
Responsible for the contract management of the staff, operation and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical plants/services, project works and Building performance.
Please note this role is a permanent opportunity, but the contract does come to an end of 31st March 2025. This does not mean the chosen candidate will be out of work, as there will be an opportunity to TUPE to the other incumbent, or take on another opportunity within the company
Role breakdown:
*Daily management of the Engineering team including compliance with the companies disciplinary processes and procedures.
*To direct, instruct and manage all the staff under their control as well as SSP's ensuring compliance with working practices.
To complete the weekly operations report to the client and attend weekly operations meeting, client meetings as requested, in conjunction with the client.
*Ensure that all matters that may impact the smooth running of the building and facilities are immediately reported to both the company and the contracts Senior Management.
