Purpose of the role
The purpose of this role is to manage the financial systems (e.g. XERO) required by Flusso and routine accounting/financial transactions in purchase requisitions, accounts receivables and payables.
Responsibilities
* Lead payroll process, with support from external accountant
* Process purchase orders and invoices; file and keep records; co-ordinate expense claims and credit-card reconciliation#
* Initiate and authorise payments via online banking facilities
* Maintain the Companies financial records
* Monitor cash balances and keep schedule of cash flow
* Interaction with the Company’s outsourced CPA accountant
* Interaction with the Company’s outsourced auditors
* Ad-hoc project work
Requirements
Qualifications, knowledge, skills & experience
* Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of working in an engineering office environment.
* Good knowledge and understanding of financial matters and use of accountancy systems (e.g. XERO).
* Good GCSE/A Levels results.
* Proficient with MS Office, particularly Outlook & Excel.
* Curious to learn new knowledge and skills
