I am looking for an Experienced Import & Export Assistant to join a team based in Wolverhampton, you will be included in import and export activities and ensure duties are actioned in an accurate and timely manner. This is a full-time role, temporary to Permanent, Monday to Friday 08:30 am - 5 pm, this is a hybrid role working 2 days WFH.

Daily functions:
Provide import clearance instruction for all modes of transport for GB / ROI and direct shipments into Northern Ireland. Give clearance under SDP log on spreadsheet.
Oversea daily parts shipments to ROI & Northern Ireland working closely with parts supply chain to ensure information is correct and TSS declarations are completed in timely manner. Work with Compliance Controller to ensure business is ready for Windsor Framework changes.
Gather import / export documentation and ensure checks are done and our customs brokers have declared the correct codes and costs for customs purpose.
Download deferment statements weekly for GB / NI / ROI and prepare monthly summary and spreadsheet for posting of import duty within set deadlines.
