Centre Manager Interim

Our client, a rapidly growing facilities management company, is recruiting an Interim Centre Manager to lead the FM and Operations teams at a thriving shopping centre in West London.

The shopping centre includes high street and independent shops, restaurants and other businesses.

The centre manager will quickly build relationships with retailers, the property managers and the landlord’s representatives. A strong communicator is therefore essential.

The centre manager will manage and lead the site teams for security, cleaning and maintenance and ensure that the site is compliant to health & safety standards.

In addition, the centre manager will be responsible for service charge budgets, oversee fit out works, generate reports and present them at client meetings.

Ideally candidates will have retail FM experience and an IOSH Managing Safely qualification.

This is initially an interim position for 2-3 months but has longer term potential within our client’s wider business.

A pro rata salary of up to c£55k is offered. Immediate start required...
