The Customer Relations Executive role is pivotal in delivering outstanding concierge services to our client's customers by effectively managing and resolving complaints across diverse communication channels. This position focuses on addressing customer concerns, offering solutions, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction throughout their travel journey.
Previous experience in a customer relations role within luxury travel is essential for the position, along with a positive and pro-active approach.

Role of Luxury Travel Customer Relations Executive:
* Help customers regarding pre-travel, in-resort, and post-travel concerns through our helpdesk platform.
* Take ownership of formal customer complaints from their initial acknowledgment to their final resolution, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
* Extend support to guests during operational incidents, offering assistance even during out-of-hours periods.
