Understand the customers needs and then close the sale.
Answering inbound calls from potential customers.
Ensure good product knowledge to be able to talk customers through their options.
Skills & experience required. At least 12 months experience in a phone-based sales or customer service role.
Experience working towards, and able to meet team and individual targets.
Confident in speaking to a variety of people on the telephone, with the ability to build rapport.
