This is a 100% remote, work from home, opportunity!
This role involves taking away the bookkeeping and management accounts hassle from business owners and providing them with meaningful management information to help their business thrive.
You will have a lot of contact with business owners, answering queries and working with the team to provide them with meaningful management accounts.
Duties to include -
Building and maintaining great relationships with clients, supporting them and answering their queries
Processing clients supplier invoices
Reconciling client bank accounts using their accounts software
Working with the team to keep client’s accounts up-to-date
Processing client bank payments
Using cloud-based software such as Xero, as well as packages such as Microsoft Excel
The ideal candidate will have -
A basic level of bookkeeping knowledge and expertise
A basic level of VAT knowledge
Knowledge of Xero would be great, as would an understanding of other Xero apps
Experience in an accountancy practice or in industry
Working towards your AAT qualification (or similar) is desirable
A love of new technologies and a desire to learn new software solutions
A passion for chatting with clients, and an ability to build trust and rapport quickly
A positive collaborative team working approach
Passion to make a difference to our clients and the Wow Team
Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a changing workload
This is a 100% remote working role.
Hours - 08:30 - 17:30, flexible working (core hours 10:00 - 16:00).
Salary - £25,000 - £28,000
