My client is looking for staff to join the sales through service team in there inbound department. Your role will require you to answer a range of queries from new and existing customers and deliver the high level of service that each customer expects. You will be targeted and commissioned on up selling and cross selling relevant products and services through these calls to encourage business development and improve the service delivered to each customer.
