Description

Conduct regular property inspections and manage any necessary repairs or improvements.
Develop strong relationships with tenants, providing support and addressing any concerns or complaints.
Collaborate with external agencies to provide additional support services for tenants.
Ensure compliance with all relevant housing legislation and sector best practice.
Prepare reports on property condition, tenant satisfaction and other key performance indicators.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of housing strategy.
Represent the organisation at networking events and forums within the housing sector.
Profile
A successful Housing Officer should have:
