We are a successful company committed to providing top-tier IT support and solutions to businesses across the Liverpool city region. We are currently seeking motivated individuals with experience in Microsoft Windows desktop and server environments to join our team.
We are looking to hire enthusiastic IT Engineers already operating at a 2nd Line level or experienced 1st Line Support Engineers aiming to advance in their careers.

Responsibilities:
Collaborating within the team while also demonstrating self-motivation and independence
Adhering to company and team policies and practices
Taking ownership of support tickets from initiation to resolution
Managing SLAs and meeting customer expectations
Responding to email and phone support requests to maintain customer computer systems
Providing technical support via phone, email, and remote channels
Handling both reactive and proactive maintenance tasks
Contributing to IT projects as needed
Required Skills:
3+ years of demonstrable experience in IT support services or consultancy
Proficiency in MS Win 10/11 Desktop support and MS Office 2016+ Application support
Familiarity with Anti-Virus Technologies (Eset / Bitdefender) and MS Server 2016+ administration
Experience with MS Exchange 2016+ Administration and MS Terminal server administration/support
Ability to troubleshoot LAN/WAN/VPN/Router/Firewall/WIFI issues
Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
Experience with remote access tools
Willingness to attain Microsoft 365 accreditations - MS900, MS102
Desirable Skills:
Experience in managing HyperV patching & Upgrades
Proficiency in Microsoft 365/Exchange, SharePoint - Admin and Migrations
Ability to script and automate tasks using tools like PowerShell
Familiarity with backup technologies (experience with Hornet and Acronis products is desirable)
Relevant Microsoft certifications in Networking/Desktop/Servers
Experience with VoIP systems (CTX) - troubleshooting and administration
