The Case Handler will be responsible for proactively managing clients repair instructions, administering tasks and adding value to the customer journey. Communicating with contractors, policyholders and clients to a high professional standard keeping them informed at key stages. In return, the Case Handler will expect a salary of up to £26,000, 25 days paid annual leave, pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 x your annual salary.
