Pyramid8 are working with a well-established, training services company that specialise in apprenticeships within early years settings. They were founded over a decade ago, and due to business growth, they are now seeking an experienced Account manager to work within their efficient sales team.
Your duties will include building & maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, following up on warm leads that are generated from the Marketing Team. You will be required to support clients in setting up apprenticeship accounts, ensuring the process runs smoothly. This includes completing all administrative tasks around the setup of apprenticeship accounts, ensuring all systems are up to date, checking documents & agreements are completed, and passing these onto the enrolment department.
