The Company: ER Recruitment is working alongside a respected organisation who are continuing to grow.The successful candidate will join a capable team and work across a diverse range of marketing activity including social media, campaigns, copywriting and events. Role & Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:
Research, source and draft engaging copy for use in multi-channel campaigns, including proofreading.
Support the marketing team to develop and implement overall campaigns & strategies in line with the businesses marketing plan.
Manage an ongoing social media content plan and draft regular, varied and appropriate content.
Provide in-house graphic design support.
Capture and edit video content to produce marketing materials.
Deliver a monthly KPI dashboard which covers the website, social media, Mailchimp, live chat, Google Business and press statistics.
Communicate updates to relevant audiences, e.g. advisers and media contacts.
Build relationships amongst the business community.
Work closely with the events team to align marketing activities accordingly.
About You as the Marketing Coordinator:
Broad marketing experience with a creative flare for creating engaging content.
Working knowledge of CMS and Adobe.
Outstanding organisational, and time management skills with the ability to work to pressurising deadlines.
Ability to work well as part of a team as well as with autonomy.
Excellent communication skills and command of grammar.
