You will be responsible for booking all aspects of ground transport for cultural, educational and activity trips throughout the UK and Europe. Transport Co-ordinator skills required:
Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
The ability to multi-task and provide outstanding rapport with a wide variety ofclients
Methodical and well organised
Good geographical knowledge of the UK and the rest of Europe
Knowledge of Computer systems and programmes (MS Excel, Word and Outlook)
Previous experience of working in travel or transport logisitics is desirable
