Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities to assist them in all areas of their business
Use innovative candidate sourcing and screening techniques to find the best people for our clients
Work with our management team to identify new recruitment tenders and win bids for large accounts
Generate new business by reaching out to new and existing clients via phone, email, and tendering processes (with the support of the management team)

Requirements:
Previous experience in the recruitment industry, with a proven track record of building relationships, winning new business, and developing accounts.

A consultative approach to working with clients.
Positive attitude towards personal development and continuous learning.

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
Salary is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum + Commission + Bonus, dependant on experience
