About You: Experience in health and safety within a hands-on operational environment, preferably manufacturing.Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and being a visible presence on the shop floor.NEBOSH certificate (or equivalent level) in Safety Management as a minimum, with a desire to work towards Diploma or equivalent.Ideally, a good working knowledge and application of ISO management systems, specifically ISO 45001.Ideally, have completed an IEMA 2-day Managing with Environmental Sustainability course (or equivalent) or be on an internal development program to attain this level.This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced HSE professional to lead safety initiatives within a cutting-edge manufacturing environment.
