Job Title Head of Bars – Multiple Venues
Salary: Up to £55,000

The Company:
Our client is - Bar and Restaurant Specialists who are looking for an experienced Head of Bars to take the lead on all Bar Operations for all their sites. It’s a VERY hands-on role and you will be expected to help out on all sites including evenings and nights. The successful candidate must have experience working within a multi-faceted or complex site, have a hands-on approach and proven ability to work within a fast-paced environment. We are seeking an ambitious individual with bags of personality and amazing customer service skills! Experience within high-volume bars is a MUST!
Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively to ensure operations are running smoothly
Drive the implementation of new and innovative strategies
Establish and maintain high standard of staff performance and exceptional customer service
Communicate changes in processes to all relevant teams
Ensuring on site budget targets are being met
Perform quality controls and monitor team KPI’s & performance
Oversight of recruitment & staffing procedures
Oversight of drink menus
To control the financial performance of the business
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working in a multi-site or multi-faceted operation
Experience working within a high-volume wet-led venue
A strong leader, confident managing large teams
P&L and revenue management
Lots of personality and charisma
Passionate about customer service
