A well-established multi-service law firm in the Vale of Glamorgan are looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to support their busy Barry office on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome all visitors to the office, including registering external guests on the booking system.

Support the admin team with the meet and greet, rooms set up and administration when required.

Taking and transferring phone calls to the right department, taking messages and managing the system so that all data is correct and up to date.

Manage meeting rooms including regular room and equipment checks.

You will have:

Excellent customer service experience gained within a similar or client-facing role

Outstanding interpersonal skills and a highly professional attitude

Great attention to detail

Maintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality and integrity at all times

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
