IT Applications Analyst c£35,000-£45,000 Flexible Hybrid working
Our client, a Global leader in their field, is looking to an IT Applications Analyst to compliment their Manchester based team.
You may already be in an Applications Analyst support role, or perhaps looking to transition from a helpdesk role where you have gained relevant experience.
With offices internationally, they have a workforce of around 6000 and you would be joining an established talented team of Technology professionals.
You would be part of a Team responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of the enterprise software application platforms. They are a Microsoft house but also support a number of industry specific platforms for which full training can be offered.
You will also be tasked with assisting with user training needs and so excellent interpersonal skills are required and the ability to translate technical terms and issues to a non-technical audience.

Some duties will include:
Proposing enhancements and new software solutions
Troubleshooting software problems for internal stakeholders
Installing, maintaining, and upgrading software
Assisting with the creation of training materials and delivering training to regional trainers and to end-users regarding specialized applications
Experience and essential skills include:
A demonstrable knowledge and proficiency in the administration and deployment for a wide variety of software programs, including Microsoft Windows Enterprise, Microsoft Windows Server, and the Microsoft Office Suite
Evidence of knowledge and proficiency with administration and maintenance of relational databases used by supported applications
Excellent customer service skills are an absolute necessity – you will interact with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation and should feel confident in offering training and guidance to users
You will have experience with enterprise class software installations and upgrades, training and technical documentation
You must have experience of working in a large scale formal corporate environment
