Day to day duties:
* To manage all general student related queries including responding to letters and emails.
* To oversee rent collection and ensure payments are made on time.
* Provide front of house assistance and keep the office area presentable at all times.
* Support the managers and other colleagues with all requests.
* Coordinate all communication with residents where needed.
* Manage, improve and update the office information systems.
* Accepting all post, parcels and deliveries for students and delivering them.
* Allocating key cards to new arrivals.
The ideal candidate:
* Friendly and approachable.
* Can-do attitude.
* Ideally Student Accommodation or Hospitality experience.
* Responsive to all queries.
* Enthusiastic and helpful.
