We are currently partnering with our key client in Bradford, West Yorkshire, who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their HR team.
This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary of up to £33,000pa. Our client also offers hybrid working so you have the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.
It is an exciting time to join this organisation as they go through a rapid period of growth across the business and this HR Advisor role will play a pivotal role in contributing to the success of their 3 year strategy.
The Role:
Managing an ER caseload varying in volume
Supporting HR Business Partners with more complex pieces of work including TUPE processes
Coaching managers across the organisation on a range of HR issues
Take ownership of the ED&I initiative across the organisation
Support with Training & Development activity, driving this as part of their long term strategy
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a professional HR service is being delivered across the organisation
Requirements:
Strong employment law knowledge
Experience of managing an ER caseload
Experience of coaching managers on a range of HR queries
Willingness to develop working knowledge of TUPE to enable you to support the HR Business Partner on these processes
