Regional Care Trainer
Part-time 30hrs per week, with flexible hours to suit you!

Key responsibilities:
Deliver a range of face to face training and induction programme to employees.
Promote an inclusive and positive learning culture.
Recognise and assist individuals with specific training needs and provide ongoing support to staff through coaching, mentoring, and refresher training sessions.
Providing additional support with mandatory eLearning.
Stay updated with the latest social care practices, legislation, and regulatory requirements and integrating these into training materials.
Contribute to the review and preparation of course materials and presentations.
Ensure that staff qualifications are maintained and up to date, in line with the regulatory bodies.
Play an active role in the designing and development of current and future training programmes.
What We're Looking For:
Level 3 Award in Education and Training, or equivalent.
Relevant Train the Trainer qualifications, such as Moving and Handling, Fire Safety and Safeguarding.
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Able to work on their own initiative and within a team.
A full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential as up to 50% of your time is spent commuting to various sites in Norfolk and Suffolk.
