HOCHTIEF (UK) Construction Limited is part of a leading international civil engineering company specialising in complex markets including Tunnelling, Building, Civil and Structural Engineering.
We are looking for a High Voltage Engineer to join our team at a major tunnelling project within Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park. In this role you will manage a large subcontractor responsible for the cabling in the tunnel. You will manage the design of the HV system and then act as project manager for the cable installations and substation works.
Suitable candidates will be a qualified Electrical Engineer with project management experience that has worked on large scale High Voltage projects.
Some experience interfacing or working with National Grid assets is highly desirable.
We offer a competitive remuneration package which includes base salary, 25 (pro rata) days holiday entitlement (plus bank holidays), contributory pension and private health care schemes.
