As a CRM Executive, you can expect to be involved in the following:
Own the CRM channels using the inhouse CRM system
Build out additional automations and manage the customer lifecycle
Execute personalised CRM campaigns based on created segments
A/B testing with different journeys, and reporting
Your Skills And Experience
Hands on experience using CRM systems like Hubspot, Customer.io, Mailchimp etc
Extensive experience working on automated workflows, with segmentation across email, push and other channels
Strong copywriting experience
Able to go deep into the user behaviour data
Confident with using data to inform decision making and provide regular reporting to the wider team
