You’ll be offering valuable and critical Remote support and expertise to a host of prestigious customers and you will provide an efficient and precise support service. Typically, you'll be involved with software deployments, Bespoke hardware and software maintenance and support, network configuration and general operational IT Hardware and Software support duties in areas of O365, MS Outlook, Laptops, Voice Comms, Integration and App Add ons.
