Qualified Social Worker - Supported Care Planning

£ 35.00 - 38.00/hour up to 38 per hour
Your new company
We are currently working with Swansea Council to recruit Social Workers to join them in their Supported Care Planning Team. As part of this team, you will be responsible for managing risk and care planning for children subject to children in need of care and support plans, child protection plans, and the Public Law Outline dependent on individual experience.
Your new role
This is a full-time, temporary contract, initially over 3 months, with the potential to extend. They are offering a rate of up to £38 per hour, and you will have the chance to work from home 2 days per week.
What you'll need to succeed
- Social Work Degree and registered with Social Care Wales
- Full UK driving licence.
- CP, PLO and court experience
