Human Resources Business Partner

Infinigate UK & Ireland Ltd are looking for a permanent HR Business Partner to work on a hybrid basis from our South Cerney office. This role will involve travel to our Woking, Fareham and London sites approximately twice a month.
This role is to provide high quality and commercial HR business partnering to people managers ensuring the successful delivery of our strategic people initiatives. Working across various business units you’ll quickly learn about the IT distribution industry and utilise your stakeholder management, strategic mindset and business insight to provide a partnering experience to be proud of and ensure we recruit, develop and retain diverse talent in our business.
Duties & Responsibilities
Drive the HR agenda for your stakeholders which supports business growth, builds capabilities and drives engagement in partnership with our leaders.
Develop strong business relationships with stakeholders and supporting, coaching, influencing and challenging managers in managing their teams, in line with best practice.
Support the development of the recruitment strategy to enable the attraction of talent for future business success, including embedding the evolved approach with the Business and Hiring Managers ensuring the approach embeds diversity and inclusivity.
Advise and proactively manage employee relations issues (consultation, disciplinaries, investigations etc.)
Effectively deliver change management initiatives, organisation restructures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Proactive in driving up employee engagement levels whilst balancing business and commercial needs.
Identifying key areas of focus for manager development and creating timely solutions that support manager development in areas such as performance management, absence management, measuring results and how to have regular conversations.
Adherence to Company policy and working to the company ISO Quality Management system (9001 certification) and company security management system (27001 certification in the UK) at all times.
Work with the wider global HR team to ensure successful roll out of group policies, procedures and initiatives including building the utilisation and embedding of our new HR system.
Act as a subject matter expert and support line managers to make informed decisions on various HR matters.

Own the process for maintaining company policies and influencing the business to ensure the policies are applied fairly and consistently throughout the business.

Key Skills/Experience/Knowledge
Proven experience communicating and influencing stakeholders to embed great people practices and new people initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Experience of working in an organisation following M&A activity with a focus on cultural alignment.
Experience in attracting and recruiting talent and ensuring a great candidate to employee experience.
Keeps up to date with UK employment legislation and HR best practice and trends.
Experience in interpreting, advising, and implementing HR policies.
Ability to use an HR information system to extract data for analysis and optimise the functionality within the HR system for automation.
The highest regard for confidential information and protection of that information at all times.
Project Management skills.
Excellent IT Skills, including proficiency in HR Systems, Word and Excel. Behavioural Skills

Salary up to £46k depending on experience.
