Site visits
Structural Engineer Position Requirements Minimum three years' experience within Structural design including steelwork, reinforced concrete and masonry construction to Euro Code standard
Bachelor's or master's degree in civil or Structural Engineering
Proficient use of AutoCAD, Masterseries and TEDDS design software
Understanding of STAAD.Pro, SCIA and Revit
Producing detailed structural calculations and sketches
Preparation of construction drawings and specifications
Commercial awareness of costing, budgets and quotations
Report writing
Site visits to verify construction complies with construction drawings
Willing to work towards or nearing Chartered Status
