The role: responsible for administrative tasks within the Cash and Banking and Accounts Payable teams. Operating in a rapidly growing environment the post holder will need to be able to welcome and actively participate in the management of change whilst demonstrating flexibility, tenacity and patience.
Key Responsibilities:
Transactional management of the receipts and expense bank accounts
Liaise with care homes and customers for supporting documentation for payments.
Daily Bank reconciliation and validation reports
Responsible for maintaining the Direct Debit Ledger
Maintaining the remittance log
Liaise with the Bank as required.
Monitoring various Accounts Payable and Cashiering mailboxes
Responsible for continual process and procedure reviews
Support with checking of petty cash replenishments.
Resolving supplier/customer/ care home phone and email queries as required
Support with loading and processing of supplier invoices, credit notes and expenses onto the company’s financial system.
????Assistance with checking and validating weekly Accounts Payable payment run files.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in an administrative role ideally within a finance team.
Excellent data management skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
