Job Title: Service Desk Manager (12 month FTC)
Location: Bristol
Salary: up to £60,000
We are supporting a Bristol based legal practice who are looking to onboard a Service Desk Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Role:
Leading and managing support Analysts and third-party resources
Ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded by monitoring service desk performance and implementing improvements
Driving initiatives for continuous improvement within the service desk, such as implementing new tools or technologies
The Candidate:
Strong understanding of IT service management principles and frameworks (ITIL)
Experience in managing service delivery in a complex and dynamic business environment
Knowledge of ServiceNow is beneficial
The Package:
Base salary: £50,000-£60,000
